On this particular project we were tasked to remodel this popular restaurant's complete interior layout & decor giving the dining area a refreshing new look and a much needed upgrade.

In this instance JDE was called in to enhance the exterior facade by replacing this restaurant roof. As you can see the new roof gives the restaurant a cleaner look and better protection from sun damage.

For this job we removed the old/damaged kitchen equipment and installed newer more updated equipment for a more streamlined cook's line experience. Portions of the walls and tile floors were also repaired/replaced. A smooth cook's line means even smoother order management.
